The following Information was sent via email today.  You might make sure you received it.  There were 3 attached documents.

 Hello Parents.

Your coaches, (Jim, Leslie, and Jesse) are prepped and ready for the season. We are really looking forward to helping your child progress in every aspect of the game of baseball. We also hope to help your child grow as person to be an encouraging and engaging teammate who plays hard and sets goals for personal improvement. We are pumped and we hope you are too.

Here are some important White Sox Team Notes:

  • First Practice - This Monday, March 27th from 6pm to 7:30pm. If weather is not suitable for practice, we will let you know on the team Text line and via email. Dress warmly, it may be a little chilly.

  • Absences from Games or Practices – We ask that you let us know by text or email if there is any reason your child will be unable to practice or make it to a game. This helps our planning. Thanks in advance!

  • Game Day Warm ups – Please arrive 20 minutes early before each game so the children can warm up. If you are unable to arrive early, your child will need to warm up individually before playing to prevent injuries, particularly to the throwing arm. This may delay their entry into the game.

  • Printable PDF’s Attached to this email –

    • Team Roster with Contact info

    • Team Schedule of Practices & Games

    • Team Snack Schedule

  • CHANGE IN THE SCHEDULE – April 3rd’s practice is officially canceled, however there may be an optional batting practice for anyone in town for Spring Break. That is TBD.

  • WE NEED YOUR HELP – For Games and Practices

    • For Games, we need a couple of parents to help keep the pitch count of our pitchers and possibly our score book.

    • For Practices, we would absolutely love to have some of you run some or our simple drill stations or be available to help oversee children at batting stations or any other small task while the coaches take individual time with your children. The more bodies, the closer we can work 1 on 1 and really see maximum growth in the sport.

    • So if you happen to be at a practice watching and you want to jump in and help us on occasion or every practice, we would love to have you. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

We look forward to seeing you on Monday!
